Well, their doubles were in (I think it's the right ep) "Lamentation".  It was on a stairwell in the background of the FBI building.  But in "Somehow, Satan Got Behind Me", of course, there was the whole alien-autopsy-thing.  So either\or.

Yea, I realized after I posted that, that it was kinda confusing, since there were both those times we "saw" Mulder and Scully, but, hell, it's Friday!  Give me a break! :p
