Do you rather Lance with dark hair?

I don't really care about the hair, but his looks certainly changed from season 2 and 3, not just the hair.

He just looked a lot older, his face more puffy or something.

But I do actually prefer him with black hair.

I wonder if that's a reflection of how much the series was getting to him at that point? By his own admission he had a hard time on season three of Millennium and he was beginning to question if he was capable of a fourth year by that time. I have a feeling he was fairly exhausted during that year as the rigors of his style of acting took their toll on him.

I watched "Bardo Thodol" yesterday in which he is pretty much all grey and has a complete change of outfit from that which he wore in other episodes and it is a little jarring. It does take you out of the narrative a little as it doesn't look quite like "Frank Black" if that makes sense.
