I'll dispense with what the episode is about.
Just some quick review thoughts on the episode.
The episode has Frank coming to terms with Catherine's death. First, he receives a tape with just white noise on it.
Second, others have played tapes with white noise on it.
Third, Frank starts seeing things and eventually he ends up in the place where Catherine went off to die.
This is an emotional episode of Millennium. Megan Gallagher makes an effective return as Catherine Black. Frank sees her for one last time. Will his quest to find Catherine again be the death of him or will Emma be able to save Frank before he dies out in the cold?
The Sound of Snow is one of the best episodes of Millennium season 3 and one of the best episodes of the series. Thankfully it isn't another serial killer of the week episode and a good break from the usual Millennium mythology episodes.
More thoughts later after I see the episode again to refresh my memory and correct anything I didn't remember correctly.
Have a better one.
Be Seeing You,
David Blackwell
